This is a pic of lettuce leaves, clicked at Horticulture Training Centre, Pune. Lettuce is a two month crop and requires cool climate to give a good production. Lettuce is an exotic vegetable used in five star restaurants for chinese dishes and for salad dressing. It is generally cultivated in a greenhouse where it can grow under controlled environment.
